Born and raised in Lawrence Massachusetts, Jonathan Oka has spent over two decades in the restaurant industry. Working in many different settings from fast food, casual and fine dining. Learning locally and regional cuisines topped off with a true passion for food, Oka DaChef is always finding new ways to creatively express his culinary talents. Starting as a pantry cook, working his way up to executive chef. On May 16th 2023, Oka DaChef proudly launched Oka DaChef Enterprises LLC. Since then, He's participated in various events, working out of the Revolving Test Kitchen in Lawrence. With his experience and knowledge, Oka DaChef offers a wide variety of cuisines.
